Kim Pietsch

A Proud Virginian

I have been a Virginia resident my entire life. Growing up in Chesapeake, I graduated from Hickory High School and attended the University of Virginia for my undergraduate degree. After graduating, I chose to stay in Virginia. I currently live in Williamsburg, which I have called home for more than seven years.

A Passion for Helping Others

I spent several years as a wedding planner, and during that time, I realized how passionate I am about working with people. At its core, the planning process was about creating relationships with families while coordinating the logistics of the special day. I learned to be a confidant, an advocate, and a Jill-of-all-trades who can handle any task, no matter how big or small.

Evolving to Meet Different Challenges

After relocating to Williamsburg, I joined a rapidly growing vacation rental agency. Finding joy in efficiency and organization, I quickly assumed the role of office caretaker, for which many of our younger staff members fondly dubbed me the “mom” of the office. I transitioned from client customer support into management and operations, constantly seeking to grow my professional repertoire within the company.

A Talent for Organization

After the events of 2020, I found myself looking to share my skills in a more personal way, and that brought me back to my ability to organize. Whether it was my childhood bedroom, dorm room, first apartment, forever home, or a bustling office, I’ve always had a knack for keeping spaces tidy—meaning no clutter and efficiently systematic.

Peace of Mind for All

As a mom living in a household with two growing boys, I understand that an organized home plays an important role in my kids’ development and our quality of life. It’s not only for my and my husband’s sanity, but also for our children’s growth and independence.
A cluttered space can breed a cluttered mind. We can find peace by turning a chaotic space into one that is neat and functional. This is the feeling I want to share with my clients.

Hope to Meet You Soon

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I look forward to meeting you and can’t wait to help solve your spaces.
